A new concept restaurant has opened in Hong Kong! A whole new type of noodle shop has opened in Central Hong Kong. It is characterized by a rich soup made of the fish called “bream”. There are many ramen shops in Hong Kong. However, this restaurant is all different from other ramen shops. The owner has created a restaurant that aims for ” high-quality”. Ramen has become the normal part of Hong Kong society, and this restaurant is well accepted.
