TAKE-SAN‘s ramen

TAKE-SAN (pronunced ta-ckay) is a restaurant franchise that propose ramen, one of the very famous dish from Japan. Their rich taste is from rich miso (soy bean paste) that they generously use; it is from a family run factory located in the largest producing region for Miso, the Shinshu region (recently called Nagano prefecture).

What makes TAKE-SAN’s ramen unique is their miso and their menu. Among the ramen that they serve, there is more traditional ramen such as Miso Tonkotsu (pork bone broth) ramen, but served in a clay pot and also Soy sauce Tonkotsu ramen. The clay pot allows you to keep the dish warm so it can be enjoyed until the last drop! You can even add rice to your remaining broth to fully taste its deliciousness.

TAKE-SAN also developed a delicious vegan ramen, entirely plant based with no animal products and no MSG with people from different cultural beliefs and backgrounds in mind while keeping the true essence of the dish. Simple but innovative, vegan ramen are still a rarity. But, vegan ramen is not the only vegan option in the menu; there is also vegan gyoza.

Their dishes are made with fresh and healthy ingredients, which makes you feel well fulfilled and refreshed after eating. People come back frequently for that healthy taste. The noodles are made in the restaurant with locally sourced flour and noodle machine from Japan.
