In the midst of a pandemic, Mongolia’s TAKE-SAN RAMEN celebrates its third anniversary.

Opened on August 3, 2019, TAKE-SAN RAMEN is a RAMEN made with KOKUHEI-MISO, a 240 year old ramen from Nagano, Japan.The container is an earthenware pot and the noodles are placed in the boiling broth in this unique ramen.

Most unique is that they have a VAGAN menu.

It is rare to find a restaurant in Mongolia that offers a VEGAN menu, but the high-spirited crowd demands a VEGAN menu for their meals.

What kind of VEGAN menu?

It is a VEGAN menu using many traditional Japanese ingredients. No fake meat is used. It is a very healthy menu.
