Newly opened up-and-coming ramen shop in Hong Kong, “MARUDE SANKAKU”

A new type of ramen restaurant has opened in Hong Kong and is doing well.

The name of the restaurant that opened in Central Hong Kong is “MARUDE SANKAKU”, which is a ramen with a sea bream soup.

It was produced by OSAKA’s ZAGIN Team. They are famous in Japan as a group that creates unique ramen.

Their best known work “ZAGIN” was a big hit in Osaka and Kobe, Japan, and was a huge success in Hong Kong as well.

The newest creation from the ZAGIN TEAM is a ramen with sea bream soup.
