In the midst of a pandemic, Mongolia’s TAKE-SAN RAMEN celebrates its third anniversary.<\/p>\n

Opened on August 3, 2019, TAKE-SAN RAMEN is a RAMEN made with KOKUHEI-MISO, a 240 year old ramen from Nagano, Japan.The container is an earthenware pot and the noodles are placed in the boiling broth in this unique ramen.<\/p>\n

Most unique is that they have a VAGAN menu.<\/p>\n

It is rare to find a restaurant in Mongolia that offers a VEGAN menu, but the high-spirited crowd demands a VEGAN menu for their meals.<\/p>\n

What kind of VEGAN menu?<\/p>\n

It is a VEGAN menu using many traditional Japanese ingredients. No fake meat is used. It is a very healthy menu.<\/p>\n
